Frequently asked questions

Does Impugna give me legal advice?: No. Impugna is a support tool for people who already practise law. It produces drafts addressed to the lawyer, never to their client, and judgement, signature and professional responsibility remain yours. That notice lives inside the app, in the footer of every exported document and on this site.
Can it invent an article number?: It should not, and it is built so that it cannot. The model emits no references: citations are resolved against the corpus bundled with the app, taken verbatim from the official publications of the Chamber of Deputies, and inserted already resolved. The model only rewrites the prose around them. Even so, always review the brief before you sign it.
Does it work offline?: Yes. The corpus and the model are on the device. Without a signal you lose Radar content updates, not the ability to work.
What do I need for assisted drafting?: An iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with the feature enabled in Settings. If your device does not support it, the app still assembles the brief deterministically from the corpus and your answers: we never gate a paid feature behind hardware.
How do I cancel Impugna Pro?: In iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions, or in the App Store ▸ your photo ▸ Subscriptions. Apple bills and manages it; we cannot cancel it for you, but we can help you find it.
I changed iPhone. Do I get my purchase back?: Yes. On the subscription screen use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple Account. Your files travel with you if iCloud was on; if it was off, they stayed on the previous device.
Will you add case law and precedents?: No. That is a different tool and a different licensing question. Impugna stays with what produces a document.
I have an idea, or the flow is missing something.: Write to us. We ship fast, and most of the changes in the early versions will come from litigators' emails rather than from our wish list.

Current status

The app is in preparation for the App Store. This page is already the official support address.
Compliance, AI clauses and Algorithmic evidence appear inside the app marked “in progress”. They are not part of the first release.
The legal corpus is updated with each app release; Radar shows the date of the latest figure on screen.
